Our analysers for oils and fats range from portable field units to on-line process systems.

The FoodLab Touch measures free fatty acids (FFA), peroxide value (PV) and p-anisidine value (AnV) in oils and fats producing results compliant with reference methods. It can also be used to monitor shelf life by measuring the degradation of oils and fats contained in finished products.

The LipidQuant will measure edible oils and fats for Iodine Value (IV), %Trans, FFA, OH value, Moisture, Acid Value, Saponification value and Oxidation in 30 seconds.
