Fluorophos ALP

The Fluorophos Assay detects the amount of Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) left after pasteurization indicating deterioration or failure of the pasteurizer or contamination of pasteurized milk with raw milk.

The Fluorophos ALP test has been approved by the International Standards Organisation (ISO11816-1) and is more sensitive, quicker and reproducible than older methods.

The Fluorophos test involves the liberation of a chemical measured by fluorescence rather than interpretation of colour, improving accuracy and dramatically reducing the evaluation process from 90 minutes to 3.

EU reference test   Can detect 0.003% raw milk
